Legacy Waste processing/Bio-mining/Bioremediation is an environment friendly technique to separate soil and recyclables like plastic, metal, paper, textiles, construction materials as most recyclable waste ends up in a dumpsite due to the lack of efficient waste management. Waste accumulated over several years in these dumpsites without any treatment is called legacy waste.
Alfa Therm Bio-mining/Bio-remediation plants are used for processing the Legacy waste in dumpsites. The plant separates the waste into RDF, C&D waste, Inert and good earth. Indore, Gurugram, Rudrapur, Chindwara, Delhi Bhalswa, Delhi Ghazipur, Delhi Okhla and Noida landfill sites have been using our plants to clear the legacy waste.
Our strong, robust, and effective Legacy Waste Processing machineries are available in capacities from 30 TPH, 40TPH, 50TPH and 100TPH. The plant includes speed controlled conveyors, air density separators and conveyors for light and heavy fractions.
Alfa Therm is dedicated to transforming India's environmental landscape through efficient and sustainable waste management solutions. With a commitment to preserving our environment and enhancing the quality of life for communities across the nation, we specialize in the efficient handling and disposal of legacy waste.
We have developed cutting-edge technology and innovative processes to address the long-standing issue of legacy waste. Our state-of-the-art machines are engineered to segregate and process various materials effectively, ensuring that each component is recycled or disposed of in a scientific and environmentally responsible manner.
Pre Stabilization: The waste to be processed is converted into windrows and turned frequently along with spraying of bio culture and deodoriser. This ensures removal of stench, reduction of flies and elimination of pathogenic activities, complete bio degradation and reduction of moisture
Waste Segregation: Our advanced machinery efficiently separates different types of waste, such as plastics, metals, Construction and Demolition materials, and hazardous materials. This process is the cornerstone of our sustainable waste management approach.
Recycling: Materials recovered through our segregation process are sent for recycling, reducing the demand for virgin resources and minimizing the environmental footprint.
Scientific Disposal: Non-recyclable materials are disposed of using the latest environmentally friendly techniques, guaranteeing minimal harm to our ecosystem.
Land Reclamation: After removing legacy waste from a site, we engage in land reclamation projects to restore the land's usability, transforming it into green spaces, parks, or development areas.
Our commitment to environmental conservation extends beyond mere waste management. By effectively reducing and recycling legacy waste, we contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, prevent soil and water contamination, and restore lands previously deemed unusable.
